Shah Rukh Death Threat Case: Faizan Denies Involvement

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday received a death threat call from a man in Raipur, just days after a similar threat was issued to actor Salman Khan. The Mumbai Police registered the case at Bandra Police Station and have launched an investigation. A team has traveled to Raipur, Chhattisgarh, tracing the threatening number to an individual named Faizan.

In an interview with India Today, Faizan, an advocate by profession, denied any involvement in the threat against Shah Rukh Khan. Faizan explained that he recently lost his mobile phone and has lodged a police complaint about the loss. Questioned by the police for around two hours, he reportedly provided all the information requested to assist with the investigation.

The latest threat follows the murder of Baba Siddique, former Maharashtra minister and longtime Salman Khan ally, last month. Authorities suspect the involvement of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in Siddique’s killing, intensifying concerns over the recent threats directed at both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Bishnoi has previously issued public threats to Salman Khan, accusing him of blackbuck poaching, a sensitive issue for the Bishnoi community.

Community representatives have demanded an apology from Salman Khan for the blackbuck incident, adding further pressure amid heightened security concerns for both actors.
