According to the New York Post, TikTok user Jordan Bruss recently spoke about the drawbacks of setting several alarms in a video that has reached over 10 million views, “If you’re somebody who sets multiple alarms I have bad news. Don’t come for me. Just trying to help,” he stated.
The news outlet reported that emphasising the importance of good sleep hygiene, Bruss added, “Good sleep hygiene is a big part of my physical and mental health. I promise I would not be in the shape I am in without serious research in the deep sleep department. Don’t cause yourself extra physical and mental stress.” Similarly highlighting the same issue, The Times Now reported that according to research, the quality and quantity of sleep you get each night have a significant impact on your ability to wake up on time. Irregular sleep patterns and a sedentary lifestyle might exacerbate this issue. The American Sleep Foundation recommends at least eight hours of sleep per night to keep your body healthy.
