Priyanka Gandhi Vadra took the oath as the Lok Sabha MP from Wayanad on Thursday, officially joining her mother Sonia Gandhi and brother Rahul Gandhi in Parliament. Swearing in Hindi while holding a copy of the Constitution, Priyanka marked her maiden entry into Parliament on the third day of the Winter Session. Her victory was impressive, securing a commanding margin of over 400,000 votes, which surpassed her brother Rahul Gandhi’s previous winning margin in the same constituency.
