Indian Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed the situation in West Asia, just hours after Iran launched 180 ballistic missiles at Israel, marking Tehran’s second attack on the country since April. The meeting in Washington built on previous bilateral and Quad discussions held in Delaware. “Our talks covered deepening bilateral cooperation, the situation in West Asia, recent developments in the Indian subcontinent, the Indo-Pacific, and Ukraine,” Jaishankar said in an official statement.
