The Congress party has released its first list of 32 candidates for the upcoming assembly elections, which includes prominent figures like former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and wrestler Vinesh Phogat. Hooda will be contesting from the Garhi Sampla Kiloi assembly segment, while Vinesh Phogat will represent the Julana constituency, as revealed in the first list released on Friday late evening.
