Cong, NCP, and PDP Neglected Youth’s Needs: Modi
Doda (Jammu), September 14
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is nearing its end and emphasized that only a BJP government can restore statehood to the region. Addressing supporters, Modi urged them to back BJP candidates with a strong mandate to ensure lasting peace, prosperity, and security in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prime Minister also criticized three political dynasties, alleging they are responsible for Jammu and Kashmir’s prolonged struggles due to corruption and mismanagement. Speaking at a rally in Doda, Modi claimed that these families, including Congress, National Conference, and PDP, contributed to the rise of terrorism and extremism in the region for personal gain.
Modi asserted that the upcoming assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir will be a contest between these dynasties and the region’s ambitious youth. He criticized the dynasties for neglecting the needs of the younger generation and for fostering a culture of nepotism and corruption that impeded new leadership from emerging.
Modi assured that under the BJP, every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir—regardless of religion, region, or cultural background—will be a priority. He guaranteed protection of their rights and reinforced that only the BJP is committed to reinstating statehood for Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing the enthusiastic crowd in Doda Modi pledged to repay their support by working diligently to ensure a safer and more prosperous Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasized that the current changes in the region are a direct result of his government’s efforts over the past decade and promised to enhance grassroots democracy through upcoming elections.
