Apple to open four more stores in India

Apple has announced plans to open four more retail stores in India, expanding to Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Mumbai, according to The Hindustan Times. The tech giant will also roll out its first-ever “made in India” iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max series devices this month.

Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail, Deirdre O’Brien, expressed excitement about building teams and opening more stores in India. “We’re inspired by the creativity and passion of our customers across this country. We can’t wait for them to discover more of our amazing products and services, and connect with our knowledgeable team members,” O’Brien, the news outlet said. The company opened its first two stores in India in April 2023, in Delhi and Mumbai. The upcoming stores are expected to open next year, marking a significant expansion in Apple’s presence in India
