In a significant breakthrough, Amritsar Commissionerate Police has dismantled a cross-border drug trafficking network, arresting four individuals with links to Pakistan-based smugglers. The accused were allegedly using drones to smuggle drugs across the border. The Police recovered 5 kilograms of heroin from the suspects and have registered an FIR under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at Chheharta police station.
